This is an introduction to what I think is the best beer I have ever tasted. Also, some info on dual stage fermentation vs single stage.

The first full pint from my first keg of home brewed beer. Created with 7 days of fermentation in a 5 gallon bucket and 3 weeks of conditioning in a keg.
